FAQS - TROUBLESHOOTING

I want to change my card details. Can you help me?

We are currently updating our systems. If your credit card details have changed and you would like to renew your donation please go to our donate page to set up a new payment. Thank you.

  • I’m having trouble signing up - why?
The system may be busy if lots of people are trying to sign.
However the most common issues are:

    • Location field - make sure you are starting to type your town/city and then selecting from the drop-down list.

    • Make sure you have filled in all required fields, agreed to the legal bits and allowed a few moments for the next screen to load.

    • Card payments occasionally require more time than Paypal to process as they require a form of double authentication for you added security. Paypal have already gone part way through this process in setting up your secure Paypal account.

If you are still having problems, do contact us.

  • I have signed up - where is my email confirmation?
Please check your junk mail and spam box in case emails have gone there by mistake. If in 24 hours you have still not received an acknowledgement email with your unique signed document attached, please contact us.

  • I have been told that I should be receiving a monthly Newsletter - where is it?
Please check your junk mail and spam box in case emails have gone there by mistake.
If you still can’t find them, please contact us.

  • I signed up before July 2019 and I got a blockchain certificate - what’s it for?
We no longer generate these as our most recent legal advice is that they are not required and we have no wish to employ crypto-server energy unnecessarily. Your key document as an Earth Protector is your Earth Protectors Trust Fund document - this shows the date and time at which you signed up and if required we can verify this.

  • What does the symbol in your logo represent?
Our logo is based on the rune symbolising “protection”, as well as a tree, a person, the Earth and the widely-known symbol for peace. It is, in symbolic language, peacefully standing up as an Earth Protector.
